Nursing Care

At Kadris Support Systems, our Nursing Services provide individualized care to meet the unique health needs of each participant. The process begins with an initial nursing assessment, which includes a clinical update to the participant’s Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST), assessing key health, behavior, and risk factors. Based on this assessment, Nursing Consultation helps connect participants with necessary health services and supports, while also creating or reviewing strategies to maintain overall health and facilitate communication with the care team.

Through these services, Kadris Support Systems ensures that each participant receives the highest standard of care, with continuous support to promote health, safety, and well-being.
