Personal Supports is one of the most widely used and impactful services available through Maryland’s DDA waiver program. Designed for individuals who live in their own home or with their family, Personal Supports provides flexible, one-on-one assistance that helps participants build independence, engage in their community, and manage everyday life with confidence.
At Kadris Support Systems, our Personal Supports services are delivered by trained Direct Support Professionals who understand that real independence isn’t about doing everything alone — it’s about having the right support in the right moments. We work across Carroll County, Baltimore County, Howard County, and Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

Daily Living Activities We Assist With:

Personal Supports can encompass a wide range of activities depending on the participant’s Individual Plan and personal goals. Our Direct Support Professionals can assist with:

• Personal care — bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Meal preparation and nutritional awareness
• Medication reminders and health maintenance routines
• Household tasks — light cleaning, laundry, and home organization
• Managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence
• Money management and budgeting skills
